As you may already know, Artisan Dental recently became a B Corp. When Dr Andersen and her husband and co-owner, Scott, first started discussing it with the staff I have to admit that I had never heard the term B Corp and had no idea what it meant. Now that I understand what it means to be a B Corp, I’m so grateful to be a part of it. It’s an amazing feeling to come to work each day knowing that the company and the people you work for, put so much value in doing the right thing. It makes me proud to work where core values of love, service, ethical integrity, wisdom, collaboration, empathy, compassion, creativity and fun are the true driving forces of each and every day.

Being a B Corp isn’t about boasting either. It’s about spreading awareness to hopefully inspire others to want to use business as a force for good. With all the craziness in the world, this gives me hope that with the growing family of B Corp businesses around the globe we can all unite to make the world a better place.
