Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit to enable other patients to be cared for during your appointment time. If appropriate notice is not given, the patient may be charged a scheduling fee to reschedule this appointment. The fee would be forfeited if that appointment is not kept.
