To better serve and honor the time of our providers and our patients we will be enacting a 24 hour cancellation policy as of August 18, 2025.

If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, we ask that you call our office at 608.467.8022, no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If calling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or not coming to a scheduled appointment, our cancellation fee will be collected over the phone or billed to your account.
