Artisan Dental Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can serve all of our stakeholders in the best way possible, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, we ask that you contact Artisan Dental a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
If calling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or not coming to a scheduled appointment, our cancellation fee will be collected over the phone or billed to your account.
