Simple Energy Management Skills for Reducing Stress

Program Description:  Erin Gilbert will be teaching about the tradition of Reiki as a healing modality and its benefits when utilized in modern life. In addition to sharing about my 24 year long practice as a Reiki professional I will teach some skills that can be utilized daily for reducing stress or overwhelm and to gain greater inner peace.

Reiki is a holistic approach that harnesses universal energy for healing. It can contribute to a healthier and more balanced life.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation: Reiki is renowned for its ability to induce a deep state of relaxation.

Balancing Energy Centers (Chakras): Energy centers can become blocked or imbalanced, leading to physical or emotional discomfort. Reiki restores harmony to these energy points.

Boosting the Immune System: The relaxation induced by Reiki has been linked to improved immune system function. When the body is in a state of deep relaxation, it can better allocate resources to the immune system.

Enhanced Emotional Well-Being: Reiki aims to address both the physical and emotional aspects of health, a crucial component of overall wellness.

Pain Management: Some individuals turn to Reiki for relief from chronic pain conditions. While not a substitute for medical treatment, Reiki may complement traditional approaches by reducing the perception of pain.
