Many of us have slipped into some bad habits regarding nutrition and exercise due to the Covid pandemic. Join us as we discuss some things that we can do to get back on a healthier track.
Brianne has been a registered dietician for 8 years and joined UW Health in 2018. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. She went on to complete her dietetic internship with the University of Houston and earned her Master of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University. Through training with the Complete Health Improvement Program and Diabetes Prevention Program, she has gained lifestyle coaching skills to support patients in the management of cardiovascular disease and pre-diabetes. Brianne has a passion for supporting patients with lifestyle change, and she is excited to present on how to get back on track.
