My first experience at Artisan Dental was fantastic! They treated me with an amazing amount of care, consideration and precision. The office and staff make the entire experience feel like a spa. I will certainly be recommending Artisan Dental to anyone looking for a dental office in Madison.

Best dentist office! They’re always clean, punctual, friendly, and professional. Also love that they’re a B Corp company. Major kudos!

They are taking appropriate COVID precautions. They screen all patients with a comprehensive questionnaire, they have barriers between patients and reception, their staff wear the appropriate masks, they use aerosol reduction techniques for cleanings, and they're giving out hand sanitizer. Overall, felt safe and low-risk. Always appreciate the friendliness of the staff, as well!

I was very happy with my visit today. I had Destinee at my hygienist and she was so nice and explained everything she was doing before she did it. They had good safety precautions in place and I felt very comfortable.

It’s located in my neighborhood, so for me this place is very convenient. There’s street parking and also free 2-hour parking in the garage.

I was in town visiting Epic and had an unexpected dental emergency. This was quite distressing since I was so far from my normal dentist in Cincinnati. Thank goodness I found Artisan Dental! They got me in quickly and did a great job. Everyone from the office staff to the hygienist to the dentist was very calming and helpful!

Above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was kind and courteous. There wasn’t a long waiting period for anything. Lindsay (dental hygienist) was very patient and took great care of me with my cleaning and X-rays. Thank you!

The staff is nice and always checking on your comfort level. Despite being in the chair for over half an hour it doesn’t really feel too long. They are more than happy to discuss your insurance plan to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your dental plan and benefits.

This place is first class all around. Lindsay was an amazing dental hygienist. Courteous, knowledgeable. Dr Mierick was great too. Receptionist as well. Great hospitality, latest technology. I made a great choice!

I’ve not been to a spa but this place reminds me of one with its fruit water, comforting color scheme throughout the waiting area, and tv screens that display tropical settings. I guess it helps to reduce your anxiety if your anxious about going to the dentist.

Was very anxious about having plaque removed after not having a cleaning for over two years. Kind, compassionate and have great results. A plan was put into place to get my teeth and gums back to 100%.

The team is very professional and even though I had procrastinated on work to be done, the team performed the work professionally and without judgement. Really a positive place to be.

Excellent experience from start to finish. All staff very friendly and explained what was going to happen before proceeding. Every staff member went to extremes to protect against covid. Very impressed.

Last night, I called them and left a message about my broken molar. They texted right away this morning and I went in today with a fractured molar and they fit me in unexpectedly and were friendly, reassuring, and fast! I walked out with a filling and a smile!

Had a cavity filled and honestly wouldn't complain if I had to get another one filled with them ;) Hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had. Staff is excellent from the reception desk to the hygienists to the dentists.

The hygienist and dentist really listened and explained next steps well. Was presented with options to make the best decision for my needs. It felt more like a partnership rather than a feeling of helplessness sitting in a dentist chair
