With spring right around the corner and the return of local farmers markets with it, our next Artisan Dental Wellness Series event will feature a discussion of seasonal, farm to table cooking with James Beard award winning chef Tory Miller, owner of L’Etoile, Graze and Sujeo’s.

Description: One of the foundations of whole person wellness is a diverse range of healthy, farm fresh foods. Living in Dane County, we are fortunate to be surrounded by numerous high quality food producers. During this Artisan Dental Wellness Series event, James Beard award winning chef, Tory Miller will discuss seasonal eating and cooking as well as what to look for at your local farmers market. There will also be an opportunity to ask Tory your culinary questions. Tory and team will also be offering their popular bulgogi steak and spicy tofu rice bowl for those who are interested. The cost for the rice bowls is $15.00. A cash Sujeo bar will also be open if you wish to purchase drinks.
